Dr. Alan Friedler has been a trusted and respected dentist in the Greater New Haven area and the Connecticut Shoreline for over 35 years. He has served the needs of local and regional families for generations and his experience ranges from general family dentistry to cosmetic, restorative and implant services. Doc, as he is known to his friends and patients, is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the Center for Dental Implants among many others. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association. He is certified in hard and soft tissue laser therapies. Doc has dedicated decades of service as a Clinical Instructor at the Yale General Practice Residency as well as the Hospital of St. Raphael’s Oral Surgery Residency Program.
Dr. Friedler resides in Madison, CT. with his wife Laurie. He is the proud father of three grown sons. Doc is a music enthusiast and you can sometimes see him take out his guitar to play for a patient or at local venues. He loves chess, photography, golf and model railroading.
